Perinatal and Infant Mortality and disease can be  directed influenced by
access to prenatal care and pediatric(child) health care facilities.  Recognizing
this, Hygeia is providing this resource so families who do not know where to
go for advice, counseling and medical care will have an entrance-way into
the healthcare systems of their neighborhoods, cities and countries.
